Our organization currently is headed up by Alex Sephton, a real estate professional originally from the
United Kingdom.
CAPABILITY
Our company provides a service to the real estate and property industry. To adequately provide such services, we must ensure that we ourselves understand our role. We need to be able to speak the same language, understand the situations, define the problems, and provide the solutions. Only through our training and experience are we able to deem ourselves as competent.
Not only do we have commercial acumen and construction delivery skills, but we are also above all malleable and can mold and shape ourselves to meet the requirements of our customers.

PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW
Alex Sephton attained his academic and undergraduate qualifications in Liverpool, Northwest England.
After completing several construction and property courses, he attended John Moors University and completed a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He attained an honors level accreditation for his efforts while in the program.
Upon completion of his studies, he swiftly gained employment with the largest privately owner general contractor in the United Kingdom, Shepherd Construction Limited. At the time Shepherd Construction were undertaking approximately £750 million per annum in construction works. Alex spent the next seven years working in multiple locations across the nation.
In 2012 Alex moved to Christchurch New Zealand. He joined an organization called RCP (Resource Coordination Partnership) as a client-side project manager. His first client was the NZ government where Alex worked on the rebuild of the City of Christchurch which was devastated in a series of earthquakes.
RCP as an organization, dominates the Australasia project management marketplace and carries an outstandingly high reputation for excellence and delivery. Alex joined the Christchurch office which was directly responsible for delivering circa $2billion worth of development annually.
Now as a resident of Southern California, Alex has formed AJS Partnership as a vehicle to satisfy the market needs. We have sound knowledge of the California market and up to date goings on within the industry. We have delivered many projects including those in the hospitality, commercial, educational, gaming, residential, industrial, and heavy civil sectors.
